Jamie brings a strong people-focused approach which is shaped by his background in a large hospitality organisation along with his experience in travel management. Working in those industries taught Jamie the importance of a strong, lasting working relationship with clients and customers which is built on clear communication and organisation.
Jamie has a passion for researching the use of AI within accountancy and how this can free up time for our clients to focus on their business, and for our team to have more time to support our clients.
Alongside Jamie and Olivia's working relationship, they have also been friends for over 20 years, and their long-standing friendship forms the foundations of the trust and values that they bring to the team.

Mandy has 17 years experience working in local government finance before becoming qualified and setting up as a self-employed bookkeeper which she did for 14 years submitting tax returns for sole traders in Crewe and Nantwich.
From 2019 to 2026, Mandy worked for the a national franchised accountancy practice in Crewe. During this time, Mandy processed payroll submissions, NEST pension submissions, tax returns, capital gains submissions and HMRC disclosures for private individuals, soletraders, landlords and limited companies.
Mandy now brings her 38 years of finance experience to Nantwich, embracing a new adventure with her daughter, Olivia and previous colleague, Jamie whilst working flexible and reduced hours now that Mandy is a nanna three times over.

Olivia has previously owned and managed successful accountancy practices in Crewe, Sandbach and Stoke-on-Trent operating under a large well-established franchise network.
In August 2024, Olivia sold her franchised accountancy practices to start a family and became a mother in March 2025.
In April 2026, Olivia returned to work and set up The New Age Accountants alongside long-standing friend Jamie, and her mother, Mandy. Olivia returns to work on a part time basis, with that same drive to help and support clients big and small in all of their accounts and taxation.
